Description:

  • Conduct thorough penetration tests using Nmap for port scanning, Wireshark for network troubleshooting, and OWASP ZAP for security assessments.
  • Design and maintain robust server and database architecture to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Implement comprehensive documentation, guidelines, and policies to support effective database operations.
  • Establish and maintain backup and recovery procedures while enforcing security controls to protect organisational data.
  • Collaborate with security vendors and service providers to analyse, recommend, and maintain security applications.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements in vendor partnerships.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, including server-related hardware/software malfunctions, workstations, and network infrastructure.
  • Provide help-desk support and manage user onboarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Conduct training sessions on tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Regularly update and patch systems, managing networking equipment like routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Design and implement IT solutions across platforms, including Office 365, Azure, and Endpoint Security.
  • Enforce data security, manage user access, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Troubleshooting, Diagnose and resolve database issues while supporting developers and users.
  • Automate Infrastructure using tools and automate server setup and configuration.
  • Manage CI/CD Pipelines,Set up processes for automatic testing and deployment of code.
  • Test and troubleshoot servers and database systems and upgrades, addressing issues according to quality standards.
  • Create and update automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
  • Incorporate system testing into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Conducting routine maintenance tasks like updates, patches, and upgrades.
  • Performance testing, server monitoring, and addressing performance-related issues through server and network tuning.
