REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant Tertiary degree (Bachelor level or equivalent)
  • Essential 2+ years WMS experience in configuration and/or support, ideally Manhattan
  • Experience in delivering supply chain IT solution designs to external customers
  • Excellent personal presentation and strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to delivery, quality outcomes and team participation

Responsibilities:

As an IT Systems Analyst at DHL, you will be part of a team that is pivotal in managing the IT pipeline for the Technology sector. Liaising with DSC stakeholders within the Technology sector to help clearly define requirements for Projects & CI activities and then design solutions to meet requirements. The role is also key in providing support for BAU activities, change requests and continuous improvements within the sector.

  • Manage, design and implement IT solutions for projects and/or changes to existing services
  • Be the Manhattan WMOS Subject Matter Expert
  • Act as the SME in requirements gathering & solutions design using sector specific skills/tools
  • Manage customer relationships, expectations & communications for the IT component of projects & change
  • Utilise project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and are of a high quality
  • Central IT customer point of contact for assigned projects
