As the IT Systems Architecture & Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the technological future of our organization. You will be responsible for leading the architecture and engineering of our IT systems, leveraging platforms such as Salesforce and D365FO, alongside our custom software solutions. Your focus will be on developing scalable, efficient, and robust systems that support our continuous growth. IT is a strategic area for us, and your contributions will directly impact our ability to scale and achieve our business objectives. As a leader, you will set the way of working and inspire the team to achieve great results.
Your days will be filled with:
- Systems Design and Integration: Lead the design and integration of complex IT systems. Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, D365FO, and other custom solutions to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of software engineers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Handle recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of system development projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the Head of IT and other senior leaders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Communicate technical strategies and roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies. Advocate for and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency, performance, and scalability.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in IT systems engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience from development projects involving Salesforce and/or D365FO is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in designing scalable IT systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing and mentoring technical teams.
We also value:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in Azure cloud platforms and services.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a dynamic environment.
