SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Post-secondary education with a Certificate / Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Three (3) to Five (5) years direct experience in networking, network security, computer and software trouble
  shooting and supporting end-users. Strong understanding of Virtualization, Cybersecurity, and IT Service

management

• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning System is an asset.
• Strong Customer Service orientation, with excellent communication skills and patience.
• Must possess a high level of professionalism and be able to interact with all levels in positive and competent manner.
• Highly organized, possess sound judgment and the ability to effectively solve problem and/or escalate accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Resourceful self-starter, able to work independently and within a team environment.
• Able to multi-task, manage and meet deadlines and adapt easily to change.
• Fluency in both official languages, English and French, Oral and Written is an asset.
