Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
The Talent Acquisition Partner will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager. The person in this role will work hand in hand with the Human Resources Business Partner and the Hiring Managers in order to understand the business and talent needs to recruit dynamic and high-caliber candidates for our Head Office roles.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead kick-off meetings to understand the current and future needs of the hiring manager and optimize our recruitment efforts
- Act as a consultant to hiring managers with regards to recruitment strategy and market trends
- Collaborate with HRBP to identify or convey pertinent recruitment-related information
- Be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, including but not limited to: Identifying and sourcing hidden talent, screening applicants, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, producing and extending offers
- Apply various creative sourcing strategies to attract and identify top quality candidates, leveraging social media tools such as LinkedIn
- Ensure all communication with hiring managers on the latest developments in their candidate search
- Act as brand ambassador by ensuring an exceptional experience for all candidates
- Be accountable for data integrity in the internal talent acquisition master list and build year-end statistics report
- Represent the ALDO Group at various recruitment events
- Support projects to improve the employee experience and values proposition.
- Recommend continuous improvements to practices, processes, and policies to advance the Talent Acquisition function
- Participate in employer branding projects to best position the ALDO Group as a Top Employer
