Description:

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Technical Scrum Master to join our client.
Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Range: $71.92 to $81.93 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead end-to-end facilitation of agile processes within ART Scrum teams, ensuring all ceremonies are conducted effectively and all team members are engaged
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Act as a change agent to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices that enhance team productivity and collaboration
  • Manage Impediments: Engage stakeholders to identify and remove impediments that hinder progress, ensuring smooth execution of work commitments and adherence to established SLAs
  • Promote Agile Practices: Champion agile methodologies and provide guidance on best practices, ensuring the team adheres to Work in Progress Limits and maintains a collaborative culture
  • Coordinate Cross-Team Dependencies: Work directly with key stakeholders to manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Support Team Development: Foster a positive work environment by mentoring team members, sharing knowledge, and encouraging professional growth and skill development within the agile framework

  • Scaled Agile experience
  • Product Increment Planning experience
  • Technical/IT teams experience
  • Jira & Confluence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership roles
