ABOUT YOU

Whether you’re a school leaver, career changer, or someone with a keen interest in IT, this scheme is for you. You don’t need prior technical experience—what matters most is your enthusiasm for learning and your ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
To join this scheme, you’ll need to have achieved at least two A Levels or an equivalent Level 3 qualification. We’re looking for individuals with:

  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyse and resolve issues effectively.
  • Learning Agility: A willingness to adapt to new tools and challenges.
  • Strong Communication: Confident, clear, and able to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Organised and accurate in managing tasks.
  • Digital Literacy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

You’ll also work towards professional qualifications relevant to your role. Examples include:

  • ITIL® 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator (for ServiceNow roles).
  • SIAM® and specialised monitoring courses (for Telephony roles).
