To join this scheme, you’ll need to have achieved at least two A Levels or an equivalent Level 3 qualification. We’re looking for individuals with:

You’ll also work towards professional qualifications relevant to your role. Examples include:
- ITIL® 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator (for ServiceNow roles).
- SIAM® and specialised monitoring courses (for Telephony roles).
