ABOUT US

Our IT systems are essential to smooth daily operations, from patient records to medical equipment. We are looking for an IT Technician to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that all systems run seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, networks, and medical software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Ensure data security and perform system backups.
- Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Manage IT inventory and liaise with vendors for repairs and upgrades.
- Set up and maintain printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Support telemedicine systems and digital patient services.
