Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be the first point of contact for IT support (resolving helpdesk requests)
- In charge of IT support Level 1 & 2 and escalating to 3 when necessary
- Manage Azure and O365
- Diagnose and resolve issues concerning printers, videoconferencing devices (Microsoft Teams, Zoom…)
- Offer assistance to users in effectively utilizing IT equipment and software
- Record all IT support activities and resolutions in the company’s IT helpdesk system
- Work closely with the Global IT team to implement IT projects and enhancements across the organization
