Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Be the first point of contact for IT support (resolving helpdesk requests)
  • In charge of IT support Level 1 & 2 and escalating to 3 when necessary
  • Manage Azure and O365
  • Diagnose and resolve issues concerning printers, videoconferencing devices (Microsoft Teams, Zoom…)
  • Offer assistance to users in effectively utilizing IT equipment and software
  • Record all IT support activities and resolutions in the company’s IT helpdesk system
  • Work closely with the Global IT team to implement IT projects and enhancements across the organization
