YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have a high level of Portuguese and English fluency – oral and written (C1 level)

  • Have in-depth knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, from configuring routers and switches to optimizing network performance, ensuring a robust and secure network infrastructure. Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and OSI model
  • Understand how VOIP communication works.

  • Have effective communication is crucial in IT roles. You need to be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues, listen to their issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Clear and concise communication is key.
  • Are good at Problem-Solving. IT professionals often encounter complex technical problems. Being able to analyze issues, identify root causes, and develop creative solutions is a valuable skill.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a IT Technician, you will:

  • Proactively ensure the health and functionality of our IT systems (Network, Telecom, Windows Systems) updates, patches, and optimizations.
  • Swiftly identify and resolve technical issues, providing efficient solutions to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
  • Offer responsive and user-friendly IT assistance, guiding colleagues through technical challenges with patience and expertise.
  • Implement and uphold robust security measures, safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
  • Explore and integrate cutting-edge technologies to enhance our workflows, proposing and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our network infrastructure to guarantee reliable connectivity and high-performance data transfer.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their IT needs, providing tailored support and contributing to technology-driven initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Facilitate IT training sessions for employees to foster a tech-savvy environment and empower colleagues to utilize available tools effectively.
