• 2+ years of experience providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware.

• Good knowledge of and experience with Microsoft desktop software

DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER - ZWOLLE NETHERLANDS

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will represent ESP in providing deskside support and join our dedicated onsite teams, working closely with our customers. You will provide on-site IT support in resolving desktop issues and maintaining hardware in line with defined operational procedures and within agreed contractual service levels within an enterprise environment on an ongoing basis.

• Providing standard and approved hardware and software support and maintenance on desktop devices.
• Respond to incidents and end-user service requests and manage them to a successful resolution.
• Ticket handling based on customer requirements.
• Providing hard and soft break-fix services for hardware and software equipment across the site.
• Desk-side support and PC break/fix including basic management of Windows O/S.
• Support, management, and maintenance of desktop configuration and installation, including patch updates and hardware replacements.
• Review security profiles and antivirus software on all desktop devices and take appropriate action if security requirements are not met.
• You will work in Zwolle from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00.
