The position requires analytical skills in combination with a genuine service-oriented approach including the ability to anticipate changes and present recommendations to Management. You will deal with large, multinational enterprises / providers in order to ensure services meet our requirements and expectations.
- IT asset management for Germany
- Attending on-site IT equipment inventories and audits
- Contract management for managed IT services
- Identification and management of technical and contract risks
- Escalation management
- Claim management
- Use creative approaches to ensure strategic development of department specific strategy, execution and operational plans
- Monitoring of specific goals (scope, quality, availability) and continuous enhancements and adoption to new requirements
- Develop concepts for continuous improvements of processes and content
- Provide program & project management support for department specific project
