WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for experienced IT Technology Services Senior Specialist (f/m/d) in the Server and Storage area for 3rd level support. The position will focus on security compliance, operations, and continuous improvement of our backend infrastructure solutions.
You will work within a global team that manages different Server technologies (Microsoft) and hardware (HP), Server Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM), and Storage devices (NetApp) that are crucial for delivering reliable and efficient services to our end users. As a member of the Backend Operations Team, you will collaborate closely with Architects, Management and Stakeholders to guarantee the security and seamless operation of our infrastructure.
