Job Title: IT Tier-1 Support Specialist
Location: 100% Onsite- Sankt Eriksgatan, Stockholm, Sweden
Position Type: Full-Time or Part time 20 hrs/week
JOB SUMMARY:
NuStartz is seeking a diligent and proactive IT Tier-1 Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing frontline technical support and managing various IT operations, including DHCP management, server reconfigurations, Jira workflow management, DNS modifications, and more. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proficiency with DHCP, DNS, Ubuntu server management, and Jira.
- Familiarity with Virtual Machines (VMs) and OneDrive administration.
- Experience in onboarding/offboarding processes and asset management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
