Salary: 160-180 PLN/H net +VAT
We are seeking a skilled IT4IT Business Analyst to join the Common Solutions Team and contribute to the revision and development of the enterprise and solution architecture within our IT4IT estate.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- Experience with IT4IT architecture or IT4IT business analysis, or ITIL framework including creating and contributing to target architecture, solution selection, and architecture reviews.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with senior management and engineers to discuss solutions.
- Ability to balance stakeholders’ interests and make decisions to ensure successful outcomes.
- Dedication to work, adaptability to a changing environment, and the ability to work under pressure when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Enabling automation and integrating AI in internal IT delivery processes (e.g., request handling, incident resolution, standard services).
- Developing information and solution architecture for the IT4IT landscape to ensure accurate steering information and proper data management.
- Shaping the IT4IT Target landscape and consolidating incumbent tools to create a simplified self-service and secure environment.
- Coordinating the creation of an as-is landscape (including scope) for IT4IT and internal systems.
- Creating an overview of the data landscape/integration (identifying data flows and destinations).
- Defining data objects to ensure clarity on data sources.
- Creating the IT4IT Roadmap with the support of the IT4IT Architect.
- Participating in and driving IT4IT projects.
- Collaborating with process owners to improve delivery and support processes.
- Developing and managing functional requirements, writing user stories, and explaining the vision to system owners and development teams.
- Preparing decision materials.
