ITAD - Production Associate (Afternoon Shift)

JOB SUMMARY – OPERATIONS

We are looking for an ITAD Production Associates to join our Afternoon Shift in Brampton. A Production Associate is responsible for sorting, moving, packing, wrapping and serializing product in an efficient manner while respecting standards of security and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is an asset
• Basic understanding of IT equipment (laptop, tablets)
• Positive attitude and desire to learn
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience using various hand tools/ air tools/power tools
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs. or 18 kgs

• Identifies and sorts different electronic materials in assigned boxes while adhering to classification of commodities to maximize production output
• Selects and packages products for shipment based on customer orders
• Operates various pieces of equipment, such as pallet wrappers and pallet jacks
• Manually dismantles electronic materials by hand of small tools
• Uses technology to sort, scan, and prepare inventory
• Follow policies, procedures, and work instructions for all daily activities
• Always maintain housekeeping and site cleanliness with a focus on Health & Safety
• Follows safety protocols and reports problems to mitigate safety issues
• Other duties may be required as requested by supervisor or team lead
