Description:
Express Recruitment are currently recruiting for an established, thriving Nottingham based company who are looking to add a fluent Italian Speaking Customer Care Advisor to their ever-expanding team.
Our client is offering a fantastic starting basic salary of c£24,000 D.O.E. There are great career progression opportunities with this role and training will also be provided.
You will have a full hybrid working policy within your contract for flexibility in the workplace.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bilingual written and verbal communication skills in Italian essential
- Professional telephone manner and communication skills essential
- Experience in a specific telephone-based customer service role highly advantageous
- Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions
- Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Work closely with colleagues to resolve every query quickly and efficiently
- Support with general administration tasks as required
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the overseas customer support area
- Responsible for new customer account set up process and customers account management
