Description:

Express Recruitment are currently recruiting for an established, thriving Nottingham based company who are looking to add a fluent Italian Speaking Customer Care Advisor to their ever-expanding team.
Our client is offering a fantastic starting basic salary of c£24,000 D.O.E. There are great career progression opportunities with this role and training will also be provided.
You will have a full hybrid working policy within your contract for flexibility in the workplace.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bilingual written and verbal communication skills in Italian essential
  • Professional telephone manner and communication skills essential
  • Experience in a specific telephone-based customer service role highly advantageous
  • Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions
  • Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Work closely with colleagues to resolve every query quickly and efficiently
  • Support with general administration tasks as required
  • Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the overseas customer support area
  • Responsible for new customer account set up process and customers account management
