Responsibilities:
Peraton is hiring a ITCC Deputy Information Security Officer (ISO) who will help oversee all aspects of cyber and IT security across the IT systems that ITCC maintains on the USSTRATCOM networks for Command and Control Facility (C2F) warfighters, working onsite at in Bellevue, Nebraska. The individual must have proven high performing senior leader cyber work experience.
What you’ll do:
- As the cyber deputy, drive the ITCC cybersecurity strategy in close coordination with the Gov cyber customers (ex. J67, J63, J61)
- Subject matter expert in application of cyber security policy across a complex set of systems/networks for a mission essential to national security
- Manage the cybersecurity governance and application of that policy across the ITCC program
- Develop innovative ways to reduce vulnerabilities for the command and save the customer money
- Perform as the cyber deputy to lead high priority activities like the contractor portion of a cyber readiness assessment
- Educate fellow contractors and the customer on new cyber technology that could benefit the warfighter
