REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, market research, or data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in market research methodologies, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights for marketing and product development.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel) and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver insights in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the telecom industry and with physical technology products.
- Familiarity with predictive analytics, forecasting models, and advanced data analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of B2B product marketing and understanding of digital marketing metrics.
Responsibilities:
The Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of iTel’s new and existing products, ensuring they continue to deliver value to our customers. In addition, this role will oversee the accuracy, organization, and updates of the company’s product catalog. This position requires a blend of strategic product management and operational excellence to ensure that iTel’s product portfolio is well-maintained and continually optimized.
- Define and execute the vision and strategy for iTel products, aligning with business goals and market needs.
- Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to manage the lifecycle of products from concept through to launch and iteration.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, gather customer feedback and analyze competitors, ensuring products remain competitive.
- Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize new features and improvements based on customer feedback, market research, and business impact.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify metrics that indicate the performance of our products throughout the lifecycle.
- Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders regarding product, providing clear communication on the product roadmap, updates, and performance.
- Track product performance using KPIs, customer feedback, and usage data to identify areas for enhancement or new opportunities.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to create go-to-market strategies for new features and releases.
- Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of the product catalog, reflecting new product launches, and discontinuing outdated products. Also ensuring all products are accurately represented with up-to-date information.
- Become the internal thought leader for our product catalog and drive any training for the iTel team.
- Collaborate with marketing to create customer-facing materials such as datasheets, brochures, and product descriptions that are aligned with the product catalogue.
