QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing iterations or projects in the telecom sector.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven track record of successfully managing iterative development processes and delivering high-quality projects.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple iterations and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with telecom industry standards, technologies, and challenges.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)) are a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee iteration planning, execution, and delivery for telecom projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Implement and facilitate Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to optimize iteration processes and improve team performance.
• Monitor and track iteration progress, identify and mitigate risks, and address any issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
• Develop and maintain iteration schedules, ensuring that all milestones and deliverables are met according to project plans.
• Conduct regular iteration reviews and retrospectives to assess performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and other stakeholders to refine and prioritize the iteration backlog and ensure that requirements are clearly defined.
• Provide leadership and guidance to iteration teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Prepare and present iteration status reports, metrics, and documentation to stakeholders and senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to iteration management and the telecom sector.
