IMPORTANT SKILLS | NGA PŪKENGA MATUA

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven management experience with responsibility for staff and plant, and their resourcing.
  • Commercial acumen, with experience in managing contracts and claims.
  • Preference for knowledge of the electrical and maintenance industry, ideally within a large company
  • Strong leadership skills, empowering others and fostering a culture that supports safety, quality and environmental managementCurrent NZ driving licence

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in management of contract performance, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
  • Assist in contract performance and delivery, including implementation of delivery management frameworks
  • Maintain oversight of contract costs and budgets. With focus on maximising profitability proactively and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute methodologies, budgets, and schedules. Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and manage variation requests effectively
  • Assist in building and nurturing relationships with clients and drive business growth, be responsive in our deliverables.
  • Deliver timely and efficient reports as requested by the project manager to clients and management regarding project status and financial performanceManage RAMM asset updates, assist in Smart Asset job maintenance, JDE Order systems and Speedscan reconciling where required
