We have an exciting opportunity to join our passionate and high-performing team in Christchurch as a Dispatch Coordinator . Join our ITS department and contribute to the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects. We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to play a vital role in coordinating the operational commitment of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless operational planning and delivery for both internal and external customers
- Manage work schedules, reporting, and auditing through software systems
- Assist in implementing the Integrated Management System (IMS)
Ensure work meets company policies, project requirements, and specificationsMaintain appropriate stick levels and manage contract for maintenance work

- Proven leadership experience in operations or production assistance
- Strong planning and organisational skills with attention to details
