Description:

We are currently looking for an ITSM Analyst to join our Information Technology team. The Analyst will serve as an expert in ITSM incident and change management best practices, providing guidance, training, and support to internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the existing ITSM process, identifying areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and opportunities for modernization.
- Participate in the creation of a plan for process improvement initiatives, adhering to key objectives, communicate milestones, and timelines for enhancing incident management.
- Gather input, requirements, and feedback from various departments for process improvement initiatives.
- Drive the design and implementation of new ITSM workflows, procedures, and tools to enhance incident response efficiency.
- Regularly refresh key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics will help measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the ITSM process.
- Staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies is crucial for incorporating new methodologies and tools into incident management practices.
- Facilitate review meetings and post-implementation assessments to evaluate process improvements and identify further refinements
