Responsibilities:
ABOUT YOU AND THE ROLE:
With your expertise and seniority you will utilize your existing networks as well as establish new contacts to key stakeholders and decision makers of central national laboratory chains, teaching hospitals, group purchasing organizations as well as large strategic accounts.
Together with the Sales and Marketing team, you will develop customized strategies and drive business growth across all IVD business functions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic and operational management of national key customers (public and private laboratory chains, group purchasing organizations and large university level hospitals) across Southeast Europe (mainly in Romania)
- Meet with key stakeholders and high profile decision makers to form demand and pass the projects to Sales and Marketing Team. Put joint effort and finalize the deal, help Mindray penetrate to aforementioned key account customers
- Maintain and enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan through development of operationally feasible and cost-effective programs.
- Collect and analyze information of the market, e.g., competitors’ activities and customers’ requirements for maximizing business opportunities.
- Develop long-term strategies for business growth across integrated business functions and international trends.
- Organize and participate in strategic exhibitions, forums, seminars, and other promotion activities.
- 50+% travel is required. Monthly targeted customer visit is required.
