Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of hourly employees to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day activities, including shift scheduling, staff management, and customer service
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Execute company procedures for cash handling, inventory control, and safety compliance
  • Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and maintaining a welcoming and customer-focused atmosphere
