JOB DESCRIPTION
The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self-Directed - our digital investing platform. The combined business has ~$600 billion in Assets Under Management and ~5,000 advisors located across 3,500 branches and 20 offices.
As the Senior Associate for the Advisor Growth Program you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and performance of our advisors. You will be involved with consolidating and analyzing data, managing compensation processes, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. You will have strong analytical skills and be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint to create insightful reports and presentations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in compensation, performance management, or a related area.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Consolidate data feeds to create comprehensive progress reports for the Advisor Growth Program.
- Publish and deliver progress reports to field teams and advisors, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
- Analyze trends in performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Calculate performance goals for incoming participants to align with program objectives.
- Review bonus eligibility and distribute related communications to advisors and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage incoming requests for compensation adjustments and communicate changes effectively.
- Review performance management actions and communicate necessary information to required stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of exceptions and adjustments to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Update annual draws based on state minimum adjustments to ensure compliance with regulations; create and distribute a monthly correction file to address any discrepancies.
- Distribute all outbound compensation communications to keep stakeholders informed.
- Utilize Excel to analyze data and create detailed reports; Develop and deliver presentations using PowerPoint to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
