Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Janitor and Groundskeeper. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our warehouse facilities and surrounding grounds. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in janitorial, groundskeeping, and general maintenance tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of experience in groundskeeping and general maintenance tasks
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.

• Perform daily cleaning of warehouse facilities, including bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Maintain the appearance of outdoor areas, including landscaping, sidewalks, and parking lots.
• Perform routine inspections and address issues such as litter, debris, and weed control.
• Change light bulbs, repair doors, and perform routine checks on locks to ensure security.
• Conduct machinery maintenance to ensure proper functionality (as needed and trained)
• Coordinate and collaborate with general contractors and electricians as needed for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
