Responsibilities:
Outreach to Potential Partners in Japan:Collaborate with local educational institutions, travel agencies, and cultural organizations in Japan to establish partnerships for study abroad and cultural exchange programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure a continuous flow of student enrollments.
Program Planning and Implementation:Design comprehensive study abroad and cultural exchange programs, including educational courses, cultural tours, and experiential activities.
Coordinate with local partners to ensure the seamless execution of programs and deliver exceptional experiences to students.
Student Recruitment and Support:Lead student recruitment efforts by conducting presentations, webinars, and consultations to attract participants to the programs.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to students throughout their study abroad journey, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
Financial Planning and Budgeting:Collaborate with the project team to create and manage budgets for individual programs, ensuring financial viability and profitability.
Location and Roles:Project planners and activities coordinators should be based in Japan, providing on-ground support and ensuring the smooth operation of activities.
Language Proficiency:Fluent in English and other foreign languages to facilitate effective communication with international students and partners.
Market and Competitor Research:Conduct thorough market research to identify potential student demographics and understand market trends.
Analyze competitors’ offerings to develop unique and competitive study abroad programs.
Program Evaluation and Improvement:Monitor program effectiveness and collect feedback from participants to make data-driven improvements and enhance the overall experience.
