ABOUT YOUR FUTURE ROLE
Do you want to shape some of Denmark’s most critical digital infrastructure – becoming part of the NemLog-in TrustServices team?
The team is responsible for development and maintenance of the NemLog-in Qualified Trust Services (QTS). The trust services consist of a number of Java services, including the national Danish OCES3 PKI infrastructure with eIDAS and NSIS compliant signing and validation services. They are developed according to the latest European and Danish standards, are developed in Java, and are executed in containers on a modern OpenShift platform.
The TrustService team has recently started a project to create a similar QTS solution for international use. For this we are looking for an architect.
As Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP) we must comply with additional measures under the European Union’s eIDAS regulation to provide the highest levels of assurance in the form of qualified certificates, qualified electronic signatures, qualified electronic seals, or qualified electronic signature creation devices and other defined trust services under the eIDAS regulation.
As NemLog-in TrustServices Architect you will together with the product manager be heading the team. You will, together with the product manager, other architects and very experienced developers, design the solution, ensure its design is optimized for running on an OpenShift platform, prepared to run with either with dedicated appliances or making use of cloud services. On the longer run you might also prepare the solution for running in a hybrid cloud. Your design ensures high availability and observability.
You will be a vital player in the management team, where you take clear and visible responsibility for your tasks. While doing this, you will be a visible anchor for the development teams, advising on designs, tooling, strategies, S-SDLC implementation and much more. You lead the team, take the discussions, and clearly communicate the decisions, both internally and externally.
Your contribution ensures the quality, security, availability, performance, flexibility, and stability of this system that will become critical to international players
