Job Description

MANDATORY SKILLS :

• Proficiency in Azure (Bus and Functions), Java (Spring/Spring Boot), and REST API.
• Experience in documentary projects.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS :

• Knowledge of JavaScript, Angular, .NET, Oracle DB, Linux, and Documentum is a plus.

REQUIRED SKILLS IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND AGILE METHODOLOGY:

• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
• Capable of providing clear and concise technical advice.
• Ability to synthesize problems and offer practical solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience required : 8 years.
• Holder of a HES degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in documentary management and digitalization, implementing tools and services, and managing Agile projects.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Proactive, curious, and enthusiastic.
• Enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Capable of working independently on a subject in partnership with the Product Owner, business specialists, and developers.

• Participate in the development process while adhering to defined standards.
• Advise the Product Owner and stakeholders on technical implementations.
• Be proactive and transparent about technical issues.
• Share knowledge, challenge existing practices, and propose innovative solutions.
• Participate in team Agile ceremonies.
• Assist in managing the backlog and setting priorities with the Product Owner and Project Manager.
• Synthesize problems and propose solutions.
