Java Production Support Engineer

DESCRIPTION:

· Strong in Core Java/J2EE.
· Knowledge in Unix and Windows OS
· Working experience in Oracle including PL SQL.
· Experience in Functional specification and design documents.
· Knowledge in banking domain.
· Interested to work on Production Support and root cause investigations.
· Should be interested in finding the root cause and recommend actions for permanent fixes and possible workarounds.
· Ensure proactive methods for identifying issues.
· Proficient in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Review and Deployments.
· Practical experience with GraphQL.
· Well versed with CI/CD principles, and actively involved in solving, troubleshooting issues in distributed services ecosystem
· Understanding of containerization, experienced in Dockers , Kubernetes.
· Exposed to API gateway integrations like 3Scale.
· Understanding of Single-Sign-on or token based authentication (Rest, JWT, oAuth)
· Possess expert knowledge of task/message queues include but not limited to: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Pushpin and Kafka
· Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS
· Ability to Coordinate the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and self
· Extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods for providing
