DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for a candidate with the following characteristics:

  • Graduation of veterinary medicine or related higher studies with the title of DVM or MSc
  • Advanced knowledge of animal physiology (human physiology)
  • Teaching experience
  • Knowledge of research methods in the field of cell biology, molecular biology, animal physiology and pathophysiology
  • Good English skills enabling independent writing of scientific publications and grant applications
  • Documented active participation in scientific grants financed by entitled institutions
  • Documented experience in writing scientific grant applications.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting scientific research, raising funds for research, organizational activity, conducting classes in Polish and English language in subjects covering primarily issues related to biochemistry at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.

– application for employment
– a copy of DVM or MSc diploma
– personal questionnaire
– scientific CV with list of research projects and publications
– a statement that the Candidate fulfills the requirements listed in Paragraph 113 / in the Act and that WAU will be his main place of work as defined in the/in the Act (printed issue of Personal Affairs Division)

– opinion about the candidate from his/her last employer
