• generate sales through effective and educated client interaction
• communicate and demonstrate a knowledge of our store values and image
• follow each client sales interaction from start to finish in a seamless, timely and effective manner
• work with loose diamonds and gemstones and be able to source appropriately based on our clients needs
• maintain a high level of organization and time management
• be competent with various methods of communication through the various channels (email, virtual meetings, online sales)
• Must be able to work Tuesday to Saturday
