JOB DESCRIPTION:

Jewelry Television® is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to coordinate marketing activities across all marketing departments. This is a high profile role that reports directly to the Director of Marketing. This person will be responsible for launching and tracking marketing projects for promotional broadcast video development, print marketing, digital advertising, collateral, web photography/video, TV advertising and marketing support materials development.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
  • Experience with project management theory and best practices

Responsibilities:



    • Identify, launch, and track new marketing projects by identifying key team members and assigning responsibilities and times lines



      • Manage the asset timeline and due dates across all areas of Marketing – print, broadcast, digital and social media



        • Lead Marketing team meetings to discuss and develop project tracking sheets for broadcast events, sweepstakes, social media launches and new brand introductions



          • Develop production timeline to include asset delivery dates for all areas of Marketing



            • Oversee and manage the selection and procurement of products featured in advertising by working directly with in house Merchanising teams



              • Organize and oversee multiple nationwide sweepstakes contests



                • Manage day-to-day event details for company-wide sales and promotions



                  • Maintain continuous contact with stakeholders, coordinating resources and providing overall project alignment
