Description:

JOB OBJECTIVES: Under the general direction of the Portage County Job & Family Services (PCJFS) Director, incumbent is responsible for overall administration of the Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA). Monitors program compliance with federal and state rules, regulations and laws regarding child support program. Incumbent is also responsible for the overall supervision of CSEA attorneys, supervisors and staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Systems: Ability to operate computers for data input and retrieval; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet Explorer; knowledge of CRIS-E, OIES, SACWIS, OWCMS, SETS, Maximus Ledger Suite, MUNIS, MITS, BUY-IN, E-GATEWAY, E-QUIL, CCIDS, SMART, Time Force, Agency?s Digital Imaging system and other systems as required by program area responsibility.
Equipment: Incumbent operates equipment such as, but not limited to, the following: personal computer, printer, calculator, multi-functional copier, scanner, fax machine, and shredder.
