JIRA ADMINISTRATOR (6-8 MONTH CONTRACT) - CAN BE BASED WHERE HAVE A LEGAL ENTITY.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Jira Administrator to manage and optimize our Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and Confluence environments. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Atlassian suite, be proficient in customising workflows, automating processes, and ensuring that our Jira and Confluence environments are operating efficiently. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the tools support our business needs effectively.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience managing Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks.
- Proficiency in Jira Automation, JQL, ScriptRunner and integration with third party tools.
- Experience with customising workflows, dashboards, and project templates.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ITIL Foundation Certification; advanced ITIL certifications are a plus.
