The Innovative Medicine SCT Technical Product Analyst responsible for supporting our Distribution capabilities in North America. The Product Analyst will collaborate with Business and Technology partners to identify, prioritize, and deliver solutions in line with our autonomous supply chain strategy. This individual will require a strong mix of leadership skills with business and technical acumen to drive measurable value aligned to our vision and technology product roadmap. By implementing user centric industry leading strategies in areas of design and rapid prototyping, we will deliver Minimal Viable Products with speed and agility to meet the needs of the customers and patients we serve. Driving a culture of innovation with a focus on developing talent will be key to ensure team members are in tune with emerging industry and technology trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of delivering IT solutions in support of Distribution in the North America region
- Ensure appropriate software delivery methodologies are in place to deliver quality IT solutions tied to business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Drive integration strategy with 3rd Party Logistics providers to fulfill on time and in full delivery with accuracy and quality.
- Strong Business Acumen & Communication skills. Proven ability to work with business partners to understand business requirements and define a data and analytics strategy and the associated capabilities.
- Strong leadership experience in working with highly effective, collaborative teams with strong track record of successful delivery
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in the field of Management Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or other relevant field.
- At least 2 years of Experience in Information Technology
- Minimum 2 years of Business Experience in life sciences field.
- Supply chain experience, preferably in distribution/warehousing.
- Ability to solve sophisticated business problems and present recommendations optimally.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Experience in JIRA or similar project management tool.
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Strong planning, organizational and decision-making skills
- Innovative mindset, seeking out latest trends and technologies related to supply chain.
- Experience delivering sophisticated solutions applying Agile delivery methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Self-motivated leader that can build highly effective, collaborative teams that deliver measurable value
Preferred
- Product Management experience is preferred
- Supply Chain experience is preferred
- The anticipated base pay for this role is $61,000-$97,750

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
