The primary functions of this position are to provide quality service to clients by ensuring quote-bind-issuance process is within agreed TAT. Support consultants/producers in their efforts to attract and retain clients by providing competitive quotes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Receive new business & renewals requests from direct clients/consultants – analyse, suggest and obtain adequate quotes through all channels.
• Preparation of quotes/proposals, and binding of coverage
• Ensure quote to issuance process is within agreed SLA, maintain tracker for missed SLA’s.
• Endorsement activity – end to end
• Experienced with insurance providers operating within the local market, their products and processes
• Utilize workflows and processes to initiate and maintain contact with clients as well as to update coverages, review exposures, and discuss opportunities for account management.
• Error reporting
• Adequate record keeping in NTAS, case management – as per business process requirements.
• Adherence to UW, compliance & department guidelines in line with the company’s SOP.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in individual medical insurance – portals, underwriting, coverage, and rate analysis for minimum 2 years.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and an ability to communicate this knowledge clearly to clients and underwriters.
• Proactive and passionate about service to clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills In English, Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage workload & support the team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a team and go the extra mile for business requirements
