Description
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree - Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Information Systems Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum at least 2 years of experience in the Insurance industry.
- Management of customer service in line with quality standard set.
- Handling complaints and queries (from user and staff).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Jira would be
