Description:

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Individual accountabilities

  • Support Ammega Job grading project implementation
  • Support HRBP and Manager to elaborate the Job description and differentiation criteria of positions for the Job grading project
  • Manage job evaluations with Korn Ferry Methodology
  • Maintain the job matrix of all jobs in the organization
  • Cooperate with C&B Specialist and HRIS team to ensure position’s grading of all approved job positions
  • Support Manager and HRBP/HR Managers in the elaboration of organisation change processes including JD support.
  • Design the job creation training for managers and HR Business Partners
  • Participate in HR Projects and organization projects

Shared accountabilities in collaboration with HRIS team, C&B specialist and Senior HR Analyst.

  • Support the accuracy of job and position management
  • Support the design of standard change management process to ensure that organisation changes are properly managed and updated in all systems.

  • Job evaluation of all office worker positions
  • Accuracy of Job grades in Ammega HRIS (Oracle Cloud based)

Requirement of the job

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, HR management
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR organisation related fields (ex: Job evaluation, organisation design, job architecture management) preferably within a multi-national company.
  • Good knowledge of Job evaluation methodology (Korn ferry -Hay preferred)
  • Business and Finance acumen is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent organization & interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong team Player and good in communication
