Responsibilities:
As a DES Job Placement Consultant based in our Dubbo office supporting the Far West Orana, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting and connecting with people with a disability across our growing footprint.
You will do this by genuinely engaging with individuals to develop personal connections, build trust, and provide ongoing support, focused on achieving meaningful outcomes.
You will engage and build rapport with local employers, the local community, and other services to further assist with connecting people with disabilities to genuine employment and the ongoing support the Disability Employment Service offers.
