Responsibilities:
As a Job Placement and Youth Consultant, you will be servicing the local area and be part of a dedicated team supporting people of all ages on their journey to gain sustainable employment or education. This is a dual role working across both the Workforce Australia and Transition to Work programs. This is a Part Time position with 4 days per week.
You will do this by successfully engaging with our participants to develop personal connections, build trust and provide ongoing support along with engaging and building rapport within the community and other services to further assist and create opportunities for the people we work with to achieve meaningful outcomes.
