WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • We are looking for candidates that have at least 4 years kitchen experience in fresh food establishments
  • Candidates with Level 2 Hygiene Certificates as a minimum
  • Candidates with Allergen Awareness level 2 as a minimum
  • Friendly and professional candidates
  • Candidates that can work in a ever changing environment
  • Candidates that are reliable and honest
  • DBS Checked candidates would be preferable, but not essential

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR RELIEF CHEFS

  • Provide support to our customers across the U.K on a temporary basis
  • Support the establishment in their day to day operations in the kitchen
  • Prepare and execute dishes across various services, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Efficiently manage food preparation tasks to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen to uphold food safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the business owners to develop menu items and special dishes and any other requirement they may have.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Chef De Parties- For chef de partie assignments, the responsibilities are listed above
  • Sous Chefs- You will be required to lead a kitchen team and deputise for the head chef in their absence for 2-3 days a week. You will also need to contribute and manage orders and health & safety practices
  • Head Chefs- You will need to work directly with the business owner or general manager and take full responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen. Including Rotas, Orders, Health & Safety practices.
