QUALIFICATIONS:

Flexible to work on weekdays and weekends
Valid driver’s license (B)
Fluent in spoken and written Swedish; adequate English
Completed high school education (post-secondary education is a plus)
Previous experience with planning and arranging events
Previous experience with sales

Responsibilities:

As a NIO House Specialist, you’ll take the lead in planning and executing engaging events that strengthen our connection with users and showcase NIO’s innovative vision. You’ll also ensure smooth daily operations, support user interactions, and maintain our premium showroom environment.
Event Planning & Execution: Organize and execute community and showroom events, ensuring alignment with NIO’s values and goals. Set up, manage, and break down event spaces while engaging attendees to promote the brand.
Customer Engagement: Welcome users, provide detailed product and service information, and support test drives with professional demonstrations.
Showroom Maintenance: Keep the space clean, organized, and visually appealing while ensuring vehicles are properly displayed and maintained.
Fleet Coordination: Prepare vehicles for test drives, coordinate maintenance, and track fleet schedules to ensure readiness.
Operational Support: Assist in day-to-day tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, and supporting seamless test drive and showroom activities.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to deliver a cohesive user experience and provide valuable feedback for improvement.
