Joinery/ Fit Out Engineer

Looking for a project engineer with a minimum of 4-5 years hands on experience in interior fit out industry in United Arab Emirates. Candidate should have a good knowledge of fit out works including MEP works and local authority specifications. Candidate should handle the sites independently from approvals to final handing over.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this opening.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on Interior Fit-Out projects in the UAE.
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of construction methods, interior fit-out processes, and technical problem-solving abilities.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or other relevant construction and design software.
• UAE Market Experience: Previous experience working in the UAE market is mandatory.
• Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is required.

  Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

• Project Support: Assist the Project Manager in the day-to-day management of project operations, ensuring projects are executed according to plan.
• Site Coordination: Oversee on-site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per design specifications, on schedule, and within budget.
• Technical Oversight: Provide technical support to the team and resolve any issues that arise during the construction phase, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Resource Management: Support the planning and coordination of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and HSE standards.
• Progress Monitoring: Track the progress of works and prepare regular progress reports for the Project Manager and clients.
• Documentation: Ensure that all project documentation, including plans, permits, and approvals, is accurately maintained and accessible.
• Collaboration: Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of any issues.
