Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in a Body Shop environment
- Completion of Red Seal Journeyperson Certification
- Unrestricted driver license
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Advanced decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize and maintain professionalism during high-volume periods
