IRISNDT has been serving the oil and gas, petroleum and petrochemical, chemical, power generation, pipeline and potash industries since 1953.
Our Canadian operations currently provide services from Edmonton, Calgary, Cold Lake, Fort McMurray, Grand Prairie, Lloydminster, Nisku, and Red Deer. Our USA operations provide services from 23 office locations, our United Kingdom operations provide services from 7 office locations, and our Australian operations provide services from 5 locations.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- The ideal candidate will have the following certifications and experience:
- Journeyman Insulator - Proof of ticket required.
- IRATA rope access certification.
- Asbestos Ticket preferred.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Some travel (including overnight stays out of town) may be required.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
- Fall Arrest training required.
- Current H2S Alive certification required.
- Current CSE Level 1 and First Aid with CPR would be considered an asset.
- Steel-toe boots are required; IRISNDT will provide additional PPE.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Health benefits that meet or exceed industry standards will be provided after a 3-month probationary period.
Responsibilities:
- Removal and re-installation of existing insulation to facilitate NDT.
- Assist in mechanical maintenance (Ice removal, bulb replacements, piping install, etc.)
- Installation of inspection ports
