Description:
We are currently in need of an experienced and redseal Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, modifying, and repairing wiring, electrical devices, all electrical distribution equipment and associated electrical equipment, reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and comply with all current electrical codes as well as supervising and training electrical apprentices on the job.
Qualifications:
- Redseal Electrician
- 4th years Apprentice
- Must be able to work well on a team
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment,
- Have strong interpersonal communication skills.
Job Duties:
· Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts for new or existing installations
· Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation
· Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards
· Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in accordance with appropriate codes (e.g., Canadian Electrical Code)
· Running tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation

· Managing peers (dividing job tasks, work as a team)
· Training apprentices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Journeyman Electrician: 4 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Drivers Licence (preferred)
