JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Electrician to join our team on a large wood frame apartment in Abbotsford. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in electrical systems in multi-family residential projects, including the ability to install fire alarm systems, parkade work, and installing distribution equipment. We are looking for someone to assist with the more technical work involved with a large apartment project. The Journeyperson Electrician will be responsible for maintaining high standards of workmanship while adhering to all safety regulations. We have a great team of people and this is an excellent project to be a part of. Start immediately! All phases of the project are currently in progress.

SKILLS

• Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings related to electrical systems.
• Strong experience in multi-family residential projects involving electrical installations.
• Familiarity with using both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems is a plus.
  -Knowledge of Card Access and Camera Systems is a plus but not necessary.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues logically and efficiently.

  Pay: $38.50-$40.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In perso

You will be working at the same site for the next 8-10 months before the next sites are ready. Looking for a reliable and hard working individual that has their own hand tools and drills. You will be provided with all the materials and direction to succeed in your day to day tasks. This position is not a Foreman position but we are always looking for individuals that want to become leaders and grow with the company.
