Jr. Data Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting data collection, processing, and analysis efforts to help drive decision-making within the organization. You will collaborate with senior analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, properly analyzed, and presented in a meaningful way.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proficiency in Advance Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.
• Basic knowledge of SQL to extract and manipulate data from databases.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Basic programming skills in Python or R (preferable).
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques (e.g., correlation, regression).

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
• Exposure to machine learning or advanced analytics tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
